Every IFPTE Member has a unique Member ID#, which is located just above your name and address on your Outlook newsletter. Note: all Member ID numbers are chosen randomly and not in anyway associated with member personal information.
 
Last Name:
Type in your last name exactly as it appears on your Outlook address label.
