<description><![CDATA[ <div>Wednesday, May 15, 2013  </div>]]> <![CDATA[ MSPB Clerk of the Board, William Spencer, sent a four sentence response to the May 1st IFPTE letter asking the MSPB to "issue a pre-emptive statement of opinion as to whether or not DOD workers could prevail at the MSPB if they experience a furlough." In the May 13th letter Spencer said that, "we are unable to provide the requested advisory opinion." ]]></description>

Absent the suspension the online financial reporting requirement will go into effect on April 15th. ]]></description>
