Local 3 is a Federal sector local representing all engineers, technicians, and related fields at the Naval Surface Warfare Center,
Carderock Division, Ship Systems Engineering Station and nearby commands.

Union Objective
To Unite all eligible Federal employees to secure improved work schedules, working conditions,
and other economic advantages through collective bargaining.

General Membership Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month in the union office.
Executive Board Meetings are held the third tuesday of every month in the union offices.
Organizing Committe Meetings are held as needed, and scheduling information is provided to the membership.
