House Passes First Spending Package for FY2020, Will Vote Next Week on 3.1% Federal Pay Raise and Blocking OPM-GSA Merger

The House passed a “minibus” spending bill package, H.R. 2740, for the next fiscal year that includes funding for the DoD, Army Corps of Engineers, Interior, Health and Human Services, and the State Department. The spending package increases spending over the previous year’s level for all agencies.
