CBC Leads House Floor Debate to Sound Alarm on Janus Union Busting Supreme Court Case

Members of the Congressional Black Caucus organized a one hour debate on the House floor on Monday night warning against the dangers of the impending Janus case before the Supreme Court, which would render all State and Local government employers nationwide as right-to-work.

Virginia Congressman, and Ranking Member of the House Education and the Workforce Committee, Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA), was one of many speakers, saying the Janus case, “seeks to allow people to benefit from union services without paying their fair share.”
