IFPTE Joins Coalition Calling for An End to DoD Per Diem Cuts

In a letter sent this week to National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) conferees, the labor/industry/management coalition urged defense lawmakers to include legislative language in the final NDAA that will “stop DoD from reducing the employee per diem allowance based on the duration of the temporary duty travel assignment.”
