Tabaddor Submits Comments to Senate Border Security and Immigration Subcommittee on Backlog, Quotas, Conflict of Interest, and Judicial Independence

At this week’s hearing on the “Humanitarian and Security Crisis” on the U.S. border, National Association of Immigration Judges (NAIJ/JC 2) President Hon. Ashley Tabaddor submitted testimony highlighting the need for judicial independence for Immigration Judges and an independent Immigration Court, as well as the counterproductive decision by the DOJ to impose quotas and case deadlines on Immigration Judges.
