Marylanders Go to the Polls Tuesday, July 19

Maryland's Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, July 19, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. IFPTE has endorsed Katie Curran O'Malley in the race for the state's Attorney General and Glenn Ivey for the 4th Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives, and we ask you to consider supporting them if you have not already voted by mail or at an early voting center.

To find out your voter registration status, please check here. If you are not registered to vote, you can still register by going to your assigned polling place (find yours here) on Election Day, July 19, and bring a document that proves your place of residence. According to the Maryland State Board of Elections, valid documents include "your MVA-issued license, ID card, or change of address card, or your paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address."
