Local 21 Members Out In Force as Oakland City Workers Fight for a Fair Contract

IFPTE Local 21 is urging the city of Oakland to allow police officers to do police work by replacing front desk functions performed by rank-and-file police officers with civilian city of Oakland employees, “to save money and put more cops on the street.”
