“Rise Up, Fight Back” - Federal Worker Legal Defense Network Solidarity Docket Keeps Feds ‘in the know’

Federal Workers Legal Defense Network General Counsel, Suzanne Summerlin, authored her latest “Solidarity Docket” this week, updating federal workers on the latest legal activity from the labor movement to combat the Trump Administration’s attacks on civil servants. 

In her latest update, Summerlin reports on the temporary restraining order won by labor, including IFPTE, against the illegal firings of federal workers during the shutdown by the Trump Administration.  IFPTE, for our part, was proud to support Summerlin when she was nominated for FLRA General Counsel by President Biden.
