IFPTE sent an updated letter to Congressional leaders this week calling for “a bipartisan solution to this shutdown that funds the priorities and programs relied upon by the public, including those provided by IFPTE members, while ensuring that said spending levels are protected against an administration that has already proven that they will ignore congressionally spending directives.”
