IFPTE Requests Senate Judiciary Committee Advance Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Nomination for Supreme Court Justice

In a letter to Senators on the Judiciary Committee, IFPTE urged the Committee to advance Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination for Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. The letter notes that IFPTE is “confident that Judge Jackson will even-handedly apply the law without any bias when it comes to cases impacting workers’ rights, civil rights, and other aspects of the working lives of Americans.”
