IFPTE Hosts Its Spring 2026 Executive Council Meeting

IFPTE held their biannual executive council meeting this week in Washington, DC.  The meeting was focused on IFPTE’s ongoing legislative and legal efforts aimed at overturning the Trump Union-busting agenda, efforts to continue to grow through organizing, particularly in New Jersey, California, the Federal sector, and in Canada, and adopting the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) budget aimed at properly funding the key priorities of IFPTE.  The meeting also heard a discussion about planning around IFPTE’s convention to be held in Toronto, Canada next July. 

IFPTE’s next Executive Council meeting will be in November.
