IFPTE Responds to So-Called, “Promoting Employee Accountability” Proposed Rule

This week IFPTE weighed-in against the Trump Administration’s latest attack on federal workers through the Promoting Employee Accountability proposed rule, noting that the proposal would “further weaken morale, undermine workforce stability, increase litigation, and detract from agencies’ missions of serving the American public by making it easier to fire experience public servants through severely weakened due process protections.”
