Morgan Koch Receives OFL Pride Champion Award and is Elected Chair of Pride and Solidarity Committee

Congratulations to the Society's (SUP/IFPTE Local 160) Pride and Solidarity Chair and Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) member, Morgan Koch, who this week was awarded the Ontario Federation of Labour's (OFL) Solidarity and Pride Champion Award.  

Morgan has been a fierce advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ members and a major player in the labour movement fighting for queer and trans rights, equity, inclusivity, and respect. Morgan received a standing ovation this week at the OFL biennial convention for her contribution to human rights and equity. Earlier this week, Morgan was elected the chair of the Ontario Federation of Labour's Pride and Solidarity Committee.
