Sister Denise Robinson Asks the Question:  “Why do my members have to keep suffering because you people don’t have your sh*t together?” 

Northeastern Area Vice President/Local 400 President, Denise Robinson, continues her ongoing struggle with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation to reassess and upgrade job classifications represented by Local 400.  Despite Local 400’s demands to negotiate reclassifying workers because of modernized and updated responsibilities, along with increased salaries, the State DOT has failed to act.  Meanwhile, management officials during this period have enjoyed pay raises.   Management blames the delay on everything, including the kitchen sink, and to that Denise has a simple response, “you people don’t have your sh*t together.”
